Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Product Delivery
All products offered on Swift Bunker are non-tangible, digital utility software packages, files, and license keys. Delivery is automated and instantaneous upon confirmation of payment verification. You will receive your software download links and license keys directly on your client dashboard and email.
2. Refund Eligibility & Support Window
Because we offer digital goods that cannot be physically returned or deactivated once downloaded, we generally enforce a **no-refund** policy for completed orders. However, customer satisfaction is a priority, and we recognize exceptional conditions:
- Non-Functional Software: If the software fails to launch or operate completely on your hardware platform due to compatibility issues, you must contact our Support agents within 48 hours of purchase.
- Support Attempt: Our technical team will investigate and attempt to configure your system or troubleshoot the software. If we are unable to resolve the issue and make the product function on your system within **72 hours** of raising the support request, you will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Mandatory Refund Processing Timeline
REFUND TIMELINE: Once a refund is approved by our billing administrators, the transaction is processed immediately. Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer's original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
For digital licensing subscriptions (recurring plans), you may cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard. Following cancellation, your license key will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which access will terminate. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of billing cycles.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be approved under the following conditions:
- Game account suspensions, bans, or detection events resulting from the use of our utility software.
- Changing your mind after purchase, realizing you do not want the product, or failing to read system requirements before buying.
- Abuse of software parameters, unauthorized reverse-engineering attempts, or key sharing violations leading to key blacklisting.
