1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Swift Bunker website (the "Site") and purchasing any digital software license keys, files, or services (collectively, "Services") offered by Swift Bunker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, you must immediately cease accessing the Site and utilizing our Services.

2. Description of Service

Swift Bunker operates as a digital marketplace providing users with access to premium utility software, license keys, setup launchers, configurations, and post-purchase technical support. All software downloads, delivery of licenses, and support guides are managed electronically via the secure account dashboard.

3. Account Registration & Safety

To complete purchases and download software files, you may be required to create an account or authenticate using third-party services (such as Discord or Google OAuth). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Swift Bunker is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Software License Grants & Limitations

Upon successful payment, Swift Bunker grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute and use the purchased software strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

IMPORTANT WARNING: You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, copying, or distributing our software files, or sharing your active license keys with any third-party. Violation of this clause will lead to immediate revocation of your license and termination of account access without refund.

5. Payment, Billing & Gateways

All payments made on the Site are processed securely through verified third-party payment processors and gateways (including Razorpay and crypto payment layers). By inputting your credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to make the payment and that all billing info is correct. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers

ALL SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SWIFT BUNKER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SWIFT BUNKER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL PREVENT UNINTENDED DETECTION BY THIRD-PARTY MONITORING SUBSYSTEMS.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SWIFT BUNKER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PLATFORM RESTRICTIONS, SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY ISSUES, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any transactions executed on the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
